•  In case of boys the coach must focus on motivational techniques whereas for girl players the coach must employ a people centric approach.

•  The coach must use encouragement sessions as a tool to lift and maintain the sport spirit of the girl players which is not always necessary in an all boys team.

•  In case of a girl soccer team the coach must pay stress on strengthening the relationship between the players whereas in an all boys team the stress must be laid on individuals.
