How Important Is Soccer Throwing In The Ball?

Soccer throwing in the ball is one of the most neglected techniques of the game. To make better use of 'throw ins' the players should be made aware of the correct technique, training drills and the tactical inputs of soccer. By knowing all this, he would be able to make use of the opportunities in a better fashion.

The soccer throw in technique requires the player to grip the ball firmly but not uncomfortably. The ball is then brought back over the head and the back is arched and stretched.
