But with more practice you would soon reach 20, then 30 and then 50. Don't get discouraged in the first few days if your juggling is not up to your expectations, instead try and practice more so that you can juggle better.

•  Step one: Use a slightly deflated ball. Begin by juggling on a hard surface so that you get a good bounce. Drop the ball and let it bounce back to you. Just after it bounces again kick the ball to the height of your chest and then catch it. This would ideally be your first juggle. The sequence is called the drop bounce kick catch. Keep practicing till you can kick the ball back to the height of the chest.

•  Step two: The same as step one, the only difference being that now the sequence would be the drop bounce kick bounce kick catch. The number of kicks has been increased to two by using the same foot. Keep practicing till you get it right, and can do it for a count of at least 20.

•  Step three: By now you should be able to repeat the kick bounce kick sequence a number of times. In this step, try and kick the ball to the same height from where it was dropped.

•  Step four: Now let's get it a bit more challenging. Drop the ball, kick it and then catch it. This is the drop kick catch sequence.

•  Step five: You have to ultimately learn to juggle with your chest, feet and head in the similar fashion. Within a few weeks, you would definitely learn how to juggle a soccer ball.

You would probably need numerous practice sessions to master the art. You will also notice that you use your thighs more than the other parts for juggling.
