You should master simple juggling before you start learning soccer ball juggling tricks. Football or soccer is the king of sports and is widely played in all the parts of the world. Though juggling in itself does not have any specific teaching or learning pattern, it does have the purpose of fun and entertainment involved with it.
In fact, juggling has gained enormous applauds from the spectators. Soccer juggling tricks helps a player's foot skills, his trapping, shooting and passing techniques. It might be dismissed by the coaches as something not really required, but the players still juggle for the sake of fun.
Some Soccer Ball Juggling Tricks
X over is a similar technique to the cross over. It might look simple at first, but when you start practicing, it is really difficult. There are two things to be kept in the mind while practicing x over juggling. First, cross on your standing foot and second, kick with your stronger foot.
Roll the ball towards your sole and then quickly place your foot under it and bring it up in the air. Hit the ball with the upper part of your feet and keep your knee slightly bent.
Remember to hit directly under the ball or it might run away from you. Create a tempo while juggling so that slowly you'll know how much force you will have to apply under the ball. You would need time to retract your foot, so do not give too much height to the ball.
After having mastered soccer juggling tricks with your feet, move on to juggling with your thighs. Though juggling with the thighs is a less commonly used technique compared to juggling with the head or foot, still people learn it with equal enthusiasm. Never use your knees or your toes to juggle, or you just might end up hurting them.
Keep the ball as close to your body as possible. This would give you time to correct your posture if you have hit the ball too hard or too soft. You can also relax your feet by juggling with your thighs.
One of the most spectacular football ball juggling tricks would still remain juggling with the head. It requires much more technique and concentration. It is even more difficult than juggling with your feet or thighs.
While juggling with your head, hit the ball directly on its equator. Give it a vertical lift with the help of your neck. Use your upper part of the forehead to hit the ball or you will end up landing it in some other direction.
