Step Over And Double Step Over And Triple Step Over
These soccer moves are the trademark of the Portuguese winger Cristiano Ronaldo and the Brazilian striker - Nazario da Lima Ronaldo. It is not an easy soccer move, and you will really have to work hard in order to teach your players regarding these techniques. It needs lots of practice.
However, watching the learn soccer videos will definitely be a great help for the players. You can explain this technique in three steps for your players:
- The player has to start by getting the ball close to their feet and then move it forward slowly in the direction you are facing.
- Now, they have to hover the left foot over the ball in a circular motion and then plant the foot on the left side of the ball.
- Next, the player has to use the right foot to cut the ball to the right side so that he can beat the opponent.
The steps are simple, but it may not be very easy to practice the same. Therefore, do not forget to encourage your players to watch the instructional soccer videos again and again in order to learn these soccer moves.
However, you do not have to follow the steps literally. Of course, you can switch the feet if you want. It is not mandatory to use the left foot first. Once you learn the basic steps, you can also try to have your players practice the double or even triple step over.
All you have to do is to hover the base foot over the ball again and so forth before cutting the ball to let it go past the opponent player. The learn soccer videos can also be a great help in teaching your players about the double and triple step over.
