The various soccer training tapes can be an effective way to help you understand, how to run circuit training for young players.
Following are some of the strengthening tasks, that you may like to have your players do, during the circuit training session and while training for soccer:
- You can start with having your players, do the line jumps. In this process, the players have to across a line, but while doing so, they have to make sure that their whole foot must touch the ground.
- You can also watch various soccer training tapes on squats. In this drill, you have to position your players with their backs against the wall.
Now, ask them to slide down in a way that their legs and the knees must be bent at 90º. After you see a little improvement in this free soccer training drill, you can have the players do the same drill, but this time without the support of the wall.
- You can also have your players run on the spot. Here, you must note that if you are planning to have your players run barefoot, you must have them do this on a thin, gymnastic mat.
